If you are reaching us on a weekend or after hours the day of your event, you can have your tickets printed at the venue box office prior to your show. Please be prepared to show your photo ID to verify your purchase.

For Mobile delivery methods:

When purchasing tickets, you will receive two emails. One email will be your confirmation email and contains the details of your ticket purchase. The second email contains a link for you to download your ticket(s)
Or download the tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay depending on your mobile device. Sometimes the second email gets filtered through into your spam or junk mail folder. Please check there first. To ensure delivery, please add the email address orders@ticketswest.com to your address book
If you received your tickets via Mobile delivery and have ordered more than 1 ticket, please scroll down through your phone to download all of the tickets to your digital wallet.
